OAMARU STONE SCULPTURE
Sunday March 4th, or May 13th, 11am to 5pmEver wanted to learn how to sculpt using this very easy and beautiful soft limestone? You’ll use handtools to create a small three dimensional artwork. There is the option to finish with paua inlay.
Bring a dust mask and soft gardening gloves if you have sensitive or dry skin.
Cost: $95, includes tool usage and a small block of stone.
GLASS PAINTING
Using vibrant lowbake enamel paints on a range of glassware – wine glasses, tealite glasses, platters, vases. The rich, bold colours give a wonderful look with gold and silver outliners to finish and metallic colours to enhance.
Cost: $68 plus the cost of materials used. You will pay per item you produce eg. Wineglass $8, t-lite $5 etc.
CREATIVE BEADING
Learn a range of techniques and design options using tigertail, crimps and a variety of glass and gemstone beads. The design possibilities are extensive with one, two or three lengths of tigertail.
Cost: $68. Pay for the items you produce as you go – around $5 - $10 per necklace.
CREATIVE CARD TECHNIQUES
Produce your own personal range of cards. You will layer handmade papers, use photographic images, texture, stamp, monoprint, blockprint,, to make original artworks as cards. Week one we will do the printing and make the components and week two put them all together to make the cards.
Cost: $98. Includes all materials and allows for up to 20 finished cards with envelopes.

GROUP BOOKING:
If you have a group of 6 – 10 that you would like to book in for any of the above sessions at a date that suits you, please contact Ruth to discuss this. The timeframes and content can be adjusted to fit in with your needs and budget. A fun possibility for a birthday group, mothers group or club.
